The chemistry between veteran director Hidekazu Takahara and Girls Love comic artist Haruka Fukui, who wrote her first movie script for this Girls Love film, creates a refreshingly moving experience. The manga in the play, written by Haruka Fukui, is also excellent.

Saaya, a Girls Love comic artist, works tirelessly on her latest story “Maaya and Chiharu,” in which she draws one of the titular characters based on Koharu, a childhood friend from her hometown with whom she fell in love with.  Although things seem to be going well with her boyfriend, Saaya can’t seem to let go of her feelings for Koharu. Then one day, she unexpectedly encounters Koharu again. Learning that Koharu is no longer able to stay in their hometown because she was caught dating a woman at work, Saaya finds her old feelings of passion begin to stir…
